I would like to know How can I convert the single line to budle line.
first of all, the single is in use on access link, to remove a single failure point, I would like to add link with etherchanel.
but, the single link in use, So I must bundle current one and new link without packet loss.
How can I archive it?

Hi,
I don't think it is possible without packet loss, the single link which is having the datat traffic will get distrubed once it is configured for bundle in switches.so i would recommend to plan with 15 min downtime to make the active port in etherchannel bundle and make to active in channel.
Check out the below link for etherchannel configuration on switches
Hope to Help !!
