I'm using a CRA application which reports all the incoming and outgoing calls from our customer care IVR.
Since years, an operator has created every day four kind of reports.
I would like to schedule these reports receiving it by e-mail to a specified mailing list or to specified folders.
The software release is 3.5 (3.1)
I'm trying to schedule reports but I can only select: Daily, Weekly, etc but I need to specify am interval: since 8.00am to 8.00pm
There is a way to specify this interval, a new software release ?
