Hello Cisco UC folks,
after 2 week functioning as expected the bulk-speed-dial list on a customers UC560 (about 64 Phones connected) suddenly stopped working completely. We have set up 2 lists with about 20 entries. The CSV file ist located on the routers flash and is recognized without problems on the router.
show telephony-service bulk-speed-dial summary
List-id Entries Size Reference url
0 25 2400 Global flash:KurzwahlPrefix0.csv
1 17 1632 Global flash:KurzwahlPrefix1.csv
2 Global List(s) 0 Local List(s)
the config says under telephony-service:
bulk-speed-dial list 0 flash:KurzwahlPrefix0.csv
bulk-speed-dial list 1 flash:KurzwahlPrefix1.csv
bulk-speed-dial prefix *7
exact this config has been working for about 2 weeks and no when people dial *70XX they see a "unknown number" on their display.
The csv files look like:
when I display the bulk-list entries via the cli everything seems ok:
#show telephony-service bulk-speed-dial global 1 03
=== Complete index search *8103 ==
03 XXXX Reichenbach Wilhelm no no
the magic thing is that last week everything was working as expected and since monday, no speed dials are available.
We already remove the lists with "no bulk... list 1/0" and loaded them again... does not help :-(
On the ephones there are no phone specific bulk list set. Also no overlapping translation-rule starting with "*7xxx" is set up. But when somebody dial "*7103" the does is not established. Phone says simply "unknown number".
Now after a reboot of the system and and "create cnf-files" on most of the phone speed dial keys are working again, but now 4 phones we still have the problem. The have exactly the same configuration like all other phones...
I'm clueless :-( Any hints???
