LAP tries to join WLC 6.x AP-Manager IP address

Hello,

I configured the WLC mgmt IP addresses on two LAP 1131 ag APs in China. They both joined the WLC is USA and downloaded the 6.x code.

On the reboot both APs are trying to join the IP address of the AP-Manager interface IP address rather than the Management IP address.

I have never seen this and I do not know how to force the APs associte to the WLC using the Management IPaddress with CAT-WAP.

Bo,

Since the APs are a world away, I know this might not be the easiest thing, but I would want to see console access output from those APs as they go through the discovery process and/or wired packet capture so we can see who/what those APs are trying to talk to.
