MGCP gateway doesn't disconnect the call

Hi All,

I am using MGCP PRI voice gateway. when I call IP phone from outside, then hang up from IP phone, the call is not disconnected and shows active in my cell phone. any suggestion would be very appreciated.

mmm...

Are you pressing EndCall? or hanging up?

Only from your phone or all phones?

Can you placed them on hold? (this is to make sure softkeys event are arriving to CUCM?

It was working before?

Always your cellphone or other numbers?

Do you see in the dbeug isdn q931 the disconnect being sent from us?
