we have users who are complaining about hearing calls through the speaker of the desk phone while using the Jabra GN9350e headset.
deskphone is 7945. callmanager is 6.1.
tech support at Jabra says it problem is related to a setting on the Cisco phone, no the headset. They said that “Handset / Headset Monitor” must be changed from ‘enabled’ to ‘disabled’.
Is this a new setting? i do not see it on our ccm.
Anyone resolved this problem using 6.1 ccm version?
