PPPoE Sessions & DHCP-Relay

Unanswered Question

Hello,

I´m currently researching for a solution for PPPoE broadband access but I´m required to use an external DHCP Server for IP addressing allocation.

I'm wondering how a DHCP Relay could be configured in a Cisco BRAS (7200, ASR1000).  The following configuration was tested but using local pools:

interface Virtual-Template10
ip unnumbered FastEthernet4/0.501
ip mtu 1492
peer default ip address pool vlan_20
ppp max-bad-auth 3
ppp authentication chap PPPoE

ip local pool vlan_20 192.168.20.11 192.168.20.20

What should I do in order to use an external DHCP Server for ip address allocation??

I have this problem too.
