I need to know whether this router can be configured as the DHCP server and provide the IP of TFTP server via option 150 to Cisco IP Phones which are connected to this router. The Call manager is at another site and RVS4000 provides VPN connectivity to that site.
RVS4000 doesn't support option 150 as a DHCP option, you really have to move to something like the;
SR520,
Integrated Services Routers 88x or 89x series
ASA55XX
or
4. SRP500 series offers LAN dhcp option 66 and 67
