Invalid Call Reference (Problem with incoming calls)

Hi to all


i see here many posts for this issue but i didnt find anywhere a clearly answer so i decided to open a new document


Here we have to PRIS


On controller 0/0/0 incoming and outgoing are fine

On controller 0/1/0 outgoing is ok but incoming has problem(not some calls but all the calls)


Note::


((((when you call to a number you hear a busy tone , but the called person see on his phone 2 missed calls))))


Below is the debug for a fail call

I believe that the problem is not on our site but on ISP site

Invalid Call reference value indicates that the far-end witch did not recognize the call reference for a message sent by the gateway. So yo need to make sure you are using the matching isdn switch type with your far end, or you can try different switch type to see if there is any one worked better

The strange is that with this ISP we have two PRIS

The first PRI on outgoing and incoming its ok

The second PRI has problem only to incoming calls

The ISP say that they have the same Config for both PRIS

Its possible to have a problem on our controller (on our GW) or its a fantastic theory
