I am using 2 IPCC Xpress one as a primary other one as secondray, As per the script i created Call comes in queue and after 60 Secs it will transfer to my UK Service desk. In Real time reporting i am able to see the Dequeued calls but not in Cisco Historical reporting Tool.
When i am taking historical reports it's coming as an abondan calls.
Report taken by Historical Reporting tool is attached. Please try Help me in it.
