Hello all,

We are using BBSM 5.3 server to control our wireless access point in meeting rooms for guest so that they can access the internet, But in a area users are able to access the internet without any passcode. I do not have any idea about the BBSM server could you please guide where should i look to resolve the problem.

The BBSM is an EOL product so unfortunatley I cannot give you any assistance on that product itself. It sounds like the traffic in this one area is not being properly directed to go through the BBSM. I did a quick search on CCO for "BBSM" and it pulled up several BBSM configuration guides.  One of which is located here www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_building_broadband_service_manager_b9/5.1.2/config_mgr_rev/bbsm512.pdf.  Hopefully you will find this useful.

Thanks,

LEe
