I am trying to connect iphone with O.S V4 to vpn concentrator 3000 but apparently the tunnel is established but it does not pass information. The question is if this supported the client of iphone V4 by vpn3000

VPN Concentrator has never supported any of the iPhone version. VPN Concentrator is coming EOL very very soon, and the last development on the VPN Concentrator software ends August 7th, 2008, hence this newly released iPhone is never supported.

Here is the EOL notification for VPN Concentrator:

Hope that clarifies your concern.

More information:

Which Cisco platforms work with the Cisco VPN Client on the iPhone?

Cisco ASA 5500 Security Appliances and PIX Firewalls. We highly recommend the latest 8.0.x software release (or greater), but you can also use 7.2.x software.

Cisco routers running IOS Release 12.4(15)T and later.

The VPN 3000 Series Concentrators do not support the iPhone VPN capabilities.

Jorsalas,

Thanks for the information, the document specifically describes the compatibilities between CISCO VPN with the IPHONE.
