We are using Cisco CallManager 5.1.2 utilizing IPCC 4.5.1. Currently, our agents are using CAD 220.127.116.11 on Windows XP 32bit. Well, as their laptops die and they get new ones, they are starting to use Windows 7 which our version of CAD doesn't like (or the other way around). One of our techs said he tried the latest version of CAD (7.5.6, I believe) and said that froze his laptop. He then tried using Windows compatiblity wizard on CAD 6, but that didn't seem to help.
Has anybody run into this problem and know of a fix or workaround?
