Hi,
I am using CUCIMOC in CUCM 7 and windows 7. everything is working except when I call from CUCIMOC in softphone mode, there is no audio. I've already setup audio and video in MOC for CUCIMOC. any suggestion would be very appreciated.

The only way to troubleshoot audio issue is to do packet capture from both sides.
So we can see if audio (RTP) packets are being sent or received.

the problem has been resolved. MTP was required for Cisco framework phone. as soon as I checked MTP, it started working.
