Registering my product...

Our business just bought a WRVS4400N router and I've been trying to register it, but I don't see the model on the pulldown menu. Am I missing something?

I have this problem too.

Your product is already registered in our Serial Number Database. You do not have to register the device. It is recommended however to register at our website. You will be asked to create a user id and password.  This will be used if you have to open a case with us concerning your router or if you have the need to download firmware for your device.
