HelloVoice Experts
I have recently installed UC 7.1 for 50 users and CUCM7.1 for 250 users. My company bought only 50 users licensces with mail box for unity.
I have configured IVR on unity connection for external user to reach these extensions by dialing or hold for operator.
Here I am facing a problem.
call handler routes only those call to call manager which is defined in unity connection and cann't route the call for rest of users i also tried to configure extention with out mail box but
unity connection didn't give me right to configure extension on that number.
Is it possible in unity connection that I can route all extensions call to call manager with out creating mail box or extension on unity connection ?

Tahir,
You may want to look at using the System Transfer feature. This allows your caller to enter a string of digits in free form. If the digits match the local restriction tables on CUC then the caller is transferred to CUCM.

There is really no need to use that feature.
CUC tackles this one nicely using a parameter

Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers—
Check this check box to allow callers to transfer to extensions that are not assigned to other users or call handlers. Connection attempts a release transfer as long as the number entered by the caller is allowed by the Default System Transfer restriction table.
