How to transfer image from one AP to another AP (Cisco Aironet AP 1300)

Hi All,

I need a favour, can someone  tell me how i can transfer an image from one AP to another AP. I know  you have to make one of them as a tftp-server, but it will be helpful if  someone can just specify the cli here. I've also tired archive  download-sw /overwrite /reload
tftp:[[//location]/directory]/image-name,  but it did not work.

Thanks, and your help is much appreciated.

Regards,

I think you are looking for the tftp-server command which is documented here:

http://tools.cisco.com/squish/D5D60

yes, thanks for the reply, i tried that and i still received an error on the ap that i'm trying to download the file from.

first i've set AP (A) as the tftp-server.

config t

tftp-server flash:/c1310-k9w7-mx.v122_13_ja.20031010/c1310-k9w7-mx.v122_13_ja.20031010

end

wr mem

But on AP (B) - what is the syntax or the cli that we use to download ?

copy tftp flash can't be used for ap.
