CSM Performance Monitor - Unable to add device manually

Hi,


We have CSM 3.3 installed with PM 3.3 as well. There were some problems with PM such that MCP process did not come up. So I uninstalled and re-installed Performance Monitor 3.3, however I am not able to add the device manually or through any other means.


After adding the device and validation, the device does not show up on the deivce list and completely disappears. What could be the issue and the possible solution to add the devices. The CSM Clients has all the devices added though.
