Solved: Factory Reset

Hi all,

Just a quick one, how do I set a Cisco SD IP Camera Indoor Dome 2420 Series back to factory default settings?

I have 4 Cisco cameras setup but for some reason I cannot access the 4th camera.

On the router, I can see arp entry but it is incomplete. All 4 camera is setup in a VLAN which has DHCP enable.

There is a reset button on the rear of the device. You can perform various resets based on how long you hold the reset button. Check out the info here:
