Chain dialing feature

I got the following request from a customer:

In the morning a manager comes in the office and needs to talk to several people in a row. On the old PBX they had  a feature that was called chain dialing. With this feature the secretairy made a list of numbers and then opened the call to the first and transfered the call to the manager.

Manager talks with person 1, and after person 1 hangs up the next person in the queue is called. So basiaclly the manager stays on the phone and gets automaticall connected to the people he want to to talk to without dialing the extensions.

As far as I know this feature doesn not exist on callmanager.

Any idea's how to solve this?

It is a very important feature for this company!

ARC Enterprise has that feature - ARC is a third party operator console that we install for a large number of our customers.

There's nothing like that built into CCM itself.
