Am running Cisco Unity 5.0 build 5.0(1) on Windows 2003 Server and Exchange Server 2003 SP2
While doing a routine health check I came acrross the error 'first administrative group unreachable error' in the status link on the Exchange system manager
Can anyone help in resolving the issue

Hello,
You could go to Microsoft.com and download Exchange Best Practice Analyzer and see if it might point out any issues you might be having.
I believe version 2.8 is the latest and there is an update to download also:
