Publisher Reeboot

in the mean time of rebooting publisher only, agents from call center was unable to login on Agent Desktop, hard phone was working fine
Extension Mobility User ID got clear from Phones
UAN/PRI number of call center got busy
after reboot all the things was normal as before

You likely do not have a second AXL server configured on the CCX server. There can be up to two UCM AXL provider servers (publisher must be first). You can add this from the /appadmin interface on CCX under the System menu. If you do not see the option for another server to add, it is not running the necessary services. Check the install guide to confirm that you have started the right services on the UCM node.

This statement does not make sense; please rephrase.

UAN/PRI number of call center got busy

You will need to look at your PSTN gateway configuration. What protocol is it using? If MGCP, does it have a backup ccm-manager configured? Does it have two nodes in the CM Group?  If H323 or SIP, does it have a redundant/secondary dial-peer to the other node?

Details is as Follows

we have Cisco Call Manager 4.3 and Cisco IPCCX 6.0 Premium. i have following queries

we have 3 regions of 3 different clusters, only Head Office has Publisher and Subscriber , rest have Only publisher, we had rebooted our HeadOffice Publsiher and following Points was observed

  • Trunk Got inaccessiable that is unable to call to other Regions VIA trunk. HO has IPs of secondary server as well
  • IPCC IVR / IPT IVR got Inaccessiable
  • Agents not able to Login on Agent Desktop or Not on Ready State if Logged On
  • EM service is Inaccessiable
