Hi,
I have couple of question on the UC520 series products -
1. Can we integrate the 3rd party SIP based softphones with UC520?
2. Is 'Predictive Dialling' feature available in UC520?
3. Is it possible to get the reports of Inbound and outbound calls based on usage, executive, etc.
4. Can we integrate with the 3rd party hosted SIP server to make international calls.
Appreciate your time and help in finding out above information. Thanks in advance for your help.
With Regards,

To answer your questions in order:
1. Third party phones of any kind are not tested or supported by Cisco, but you may be able to get them working. I'd strongly recommend you use Cisco IP Communicator software instead though. The time and effort you save getting this working should easily outweigh the costs of the software.
2. No native predictive dialer in the UC500. You should be able to integrate a separate, third-party dialer using either SIP or analog/ISDN trunks.
3. The UC500 captures detailed call records and makes them available for export. Unless you are prepared to do a lot of manual analysis yourself, you will need to use a call accounting application to analyse the CDRs and generate the reports you want. The analysis tends to vary widely between different countries and regions, and there are many different applications available that address specific geographies. Talk to a local partner or do some google searching to find an application that suits your particular location.
4. Yes. Have a look at the SIP Trunk configuration page in CCA. There are a number of providers already represented there, and you can integrate with many others by chosing the generic SIP trunk option.
Cheers,
Dave.
