There is a link on this page https://cisco-support.hosted.jivesoftware.com/docs/DOC-9794 Called 10 digit local dial config guide. It is unreachable and seems to be the only place where I might find what the matter is with my Call Connector Server. Any chance Cisco could fix it?
Thanks
Stephanie

Looks like an issue from the migration to netpro forums. The link below is the final one

Well... I wish it would have helped. Seems as simple as I thought it should be but it doesn't. BROKEN.... I need a solution here developers. Our city is moving to 10 digit dialing soon and my provider will count the local calls as long distance if I send a 1 in front of the number. Help me.

Dear Stephanie;
What's exactly broken? Please provide further info, so that I can direct you to the right person/doc.

Hi,
for some reason it won't dial 10 digits. It always strips the area code unless it's a long distance number and there is a 1 in front. Problem with that is then local calls become all long distance charges. I do have a TAC case open (for a week now) ... today they said they would try to work it in the lab, and then would escalate the case. If you know of any good info about this I'de sure appreciate it.
Thanks for asking
Stephanie
