I m having a problem with my cisco 1841.
From the router i can ping external ip(4.2.2.2 or 187.103.200.1). but a user from vlan 11 can ping router wan interface 187.103.200.2 and default gw 172.25.11.1, but can't ping external ip.

Can you remove ip nat inside from Physical interface & configure the same one under all subinteface.
Can you post output of sh ver (IOS Ver.)

Hi Vitor,
Looking at your config, is vlan 11 supposed be actually a /30 subnet or is it a typo?
interface FastEthernet0/1.11 description qi encapsulation dot1Q 11 ip address 172.25.11.1 255.255.255.252

it is right, because for this vlan there is only 1 valid ip, for the user.

the config seem no problem ,you can try done the following operation.
interface FastEthernet0/1.11
description qi
encapsulation dot1Q 11
ip address 172.25.11.1 255.255.255.252
ip nat inside
