Pickup phone on CUCM 6.1.5

Hello,

This is my first post so, first of all my apologies if I'm not clear and not all infos needed are in.

My question is the following and related to pickup functionality :
when userA phones to userB and userC pickup the phone of userA I should see on phone of userA "UserA -> UserC" and not "UserA -> UserB".
In fact I should see that userC pickup the phone of userB for userA .

Could you let me know if this functionality is possible or not or it is a restriction and limitation of the pickup functionality.

Hi,

In fact it's easier thamn I belive.

when you have information.

On service paramters you can change paramaters Display Calling/Called ID When PI is Not Available and put to is default as True and it will work
