Cisco CER

I can not get our Cisco CER to see a Cisco WS-C2960-24PC-L Switch. It's has flash:c2960-lanbase-mz.122-44.SE3/c2960-lanbase-mz.122-44.
SE3.bin" It works fine with the 3560 switch.

CER System Version: 2.0.3.1000-7

Any advise.

The following 2960 models are supported for automatic tracking with CER

2.0(3):

2960-24TC-L

2960-48TC-L

2960G-24TC-L

2960G-48TT-L

2960-24TT-L

2960-48TT-L

2960-8TC-L

2960G-8TC-L

The 2960-24PC-L is not in the supported list.

However, the 2960-24PC-L is supported for automatic tracking with 2.0(4) of

CER. See the release notes for platform and version information:
