Inter Cluster Trunk issue

I have a non gatekeeper controlled inter cluster trunk configured between 2 clusters A and B.
Cluster A i have Publisher and Subscriber , and in cluster B i have publisher only.

ICT Configuration :

                             Cluster A                          Cluster B
Primary CCM        publisher ip B                     publisher ip A
Secondary CCM                                            subscriber ip A

When publisher ip A is down i am unable to make calls between Cluster B and Cluster A

What is the reason, although publisher ip B can ping subscriber ip A.

In ICT configuration, do you have both server IP addresses configured (pub/sub in cluster B)?

yes in cluster B ict configuration i have the ip addresses of pub and sub of cluster A.

Hello SJ SJ,

Check if the CM Group configured in the DevicePool in cluster A ICT contains the same servers defined as remote CM servers in cluster B ICT.
