We use a product for QM purposes which provides us with voice recordings and screen scrapes. It works by reading JTAPI events from the Call Manager. I have asked the vendor if it was possible to obtain ANI info for use in this application, to which he replied "if the Call Manager is passing ANI in the JTAPI stream, we should be able to get it."
I know so very little with regards to JTAPI. So my question is, does this happen? Is there some kind of trace/log I could look at for a call to see what info is available in the stream?
