Using AASTRA 390 Model :'PT390' handset on 'Phone1' jack and it won't ring from external extension or inbound calls. In Canada using Voip.ms, can you please advise the correct Call Progress Tones for this hadset. Many other ananlog phones seem to work on both jacks.

Please advise and TIA.
