Is it possible to utilize CUCIMOC without having our CUCM integrated with AD?

Thanks,

No.  That is NOT the only place.  You still have to populate other settings, like TFTP, CTIManager, etc.  Please check with CUCIMOC docs:

Well, I hope he pops in with more info.  Anyone provide a top down basic scenario on doing this w/o LDAP integration?  Everything I see in documentation seems to require AD integration.

Hi

It requires AD, without AD you won't be able to log in to OCS communicator , and without this you won't be able to run CUCIMOC .

CUCM does not have to integrate with AD.

CUCIMOC login is separated from MOC login, which means you may use different credentials for each login.

CUCIMOC uses AD for name-to-number resolution.  But the integration is between CUCIMOC and AD.  Not between CUCM and AD.

So what am I missing?  I installed CUCIMOC, but I am getting and error " A device initiliazation error has occurred.  Failed to connect to the CCMCIP authentication server"

I assume I need to point the cucimoc to CUCM, but not sure what to do.

CUCIMOC uses the configuratoin in registry.

You should have a sample BAT file from the download zip.  Modify the value of the BAT file and run it.  There sould be CCMCIP in the BAT file.  You should point that to your CUCM publisher.

If your CUCM is using 3rd-party certificate, additional configuration is required.

Michael, thanks for pointing that out.  I have the admin zip file and the BAT file.  Is the CCMCIP the only place I need to change IP address?

No.  That is NOT the only place.  You still have to populate other settings, like TFTP, CTIManager, etc.  Please check with CUCIMOC docs:

Got it and hit you with 5 stars.  Thanks
