I have a customer who is trying to install the UCCX Script Editor from Unified Contact Centre Express 7.0(1)SR5. When she runs the install file she gets an error "error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable" and the install aborts. Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone know how to resolve this?
She is running Windows XP and does have administrative access on her computer.
Any direction anyone can provide would be appreciated
