Hi,
We restored the pub after a powerfailure, during that time the phones were working on the sub. After bringing the pub online we have problems.
After some research we see that the pub has only the entry for the pub, but the sub has the correct entries.
Why don't we see both entries on the pub?
When trying to reset the cluster we get the message: "Status cannot be reported when replication is down on a publisher, or for a cluster with a single active node; aborting status check operation"
When executing the command: "run sql select name, systemnode, isactive, nodeid, tknodeusage from processnode" on the pub we see both machines.
Any idea how to proceed?
thanks,
JH

When was the backup taken?
Was it taken before the sub was added to the cluster?

Hi,
The cluster (pub and sub) have been working for over a year. everynight a backup was taken.
One day a power failure made the publisher fail. The system started up put callmanager never started.
The pub has been reinstalled, after that the data from the pub has been restored.
Now the pub thinks it is not part of a cluster.
Although on the callmanager configuration pages we see the server configured, and the node license count is 2
When executing the command: "run sql select name, nodeid from ProcessNode" we see both machines
When executing the command: "show network cluster" we see only the pub
When executing the command: "show tech dbstateinfo" the output at the end will dispay only the pub in the rhosts table.
any idea?
thanks,
JH
