Hi all,
I have ACS 4.2, I can't get it to authenticate my wireless clients. I am still getting EAP-TLS/EAP fail during HANDSHAKE. I triple checked my cert at both end and everything under advance setting tab is all good. I can use the same server to login to my cisco routers, switches and even the APs. I need to open a case with cisco TAC. What information from the ACS SERVER i need to open the case?
Thanks,
Paul

The serial number of the appliance. Make sure your Cisco Service Contract is up-to-date. If in doubt, contact the authorized Cisco reseller. Alternatively, you can contact the reseller and have them raise a Cisco TAC case in your behalf.

Jean-Paul,
You may have checked this already but have you verified that the controllers are configured in the ACS as authentication devices? If so are they setup as "Cisco Airespace"
Hope this helps... Please rate useful posts.
thanks
