CiscoView is not properly installed, and I'm not sure I would trust the rest of the installation.  Completely uninstall LMS, then reboot.  Then follow the guidelines at to reinstall it.

Hi Joe,

The hostname of the server wasn't changed. I tried using the hostname instead of ip address and received the message attached.

About the file that's missing, is it normal?

I can't find the file anywhere.

When you login to CiscoWorks, what URL do you see in the location bar?

Joe Clarke Thu, 07/08/2010 - 18:43

It doesn't appear that you installed CiscoView.  If you had, there would be a portlet on the Functional View called CiscoView.  When you installed LMS, what did you select from the components list?

Hi Joe,

In the first time, i selected everything. After, i instaled just the CiscoView. In the LMS, we can see the version of the CiscoView instaled.

Some procedure should i take during the install?
