CME 7.1 no beep on held internal calls

Has anyone seen this already ? I'm just waiting for the specific support contract to report it.

Does the problem happen for ip phone to ip phone or ip phone to  PSTN ? Would you collect deb voip ccapi inout and deb ephone mac-address detail xxxx

where xxxx is the mac of the 2 phones.

It happens on internal calls as specified in the thread title.

I don't think that "debug voip ccapi inouy" is any relevant to this issue, but will report the progress as I manage to get a TAC case opened.
