Integration with Aspect Ensemble 5.2

We have an Aspect IVR and are attempting to use an E&M Wink-start integration from a 2811 gateway.  The calls are about 50% successful, but the Aspect vendor can't tell me what the wink timers are on his side.  Has anyone attempted this type of integration?
