Single Number Reach - Question

Hi Folks,

I have configured single number reach which is working fine. When the call is disconnected from mobile phone
it stays back on the deskphone on hold for some time around 10 seconds. Im trying to find the timer value to

minimise this or make it as null.

Because this leads to a situation where a user configured for SNR not at office would join a conference
from his mobile phone, when he disconnects the call then anyone near his deskphone could resume it and
hear the conference. Or is there any other alternative to overcome this situation ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
