Q1- how can i disable web access to ip phones in CME environment: C3825-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T1
i configured on telephony service and also under ephone-template :service phone webAccess 1 but useless.
is there any solution for that ? i reset the phone many time after appling it on telephony service and template.
Q2- in CUCM version 6.x: can i disable Mute button on agent ip phones . this is requested by customer in UCCE environemnt ?
