We have Unity Conn 7.1.3.10000-68
I have a user that wants their voice mail box, after the message is left, and caller presses option to try to dial another extension, then pressess 0, that the caller is routed to a selected extension other then main operator at 0.
Example: Caller arrives at Unity box, hears greeting and leaves message, any digit pressed after message is left, caller gets message press 1 to send message, etc. Once they have pressed 1, they receive a message that says "if you would like to try an extension you may do so now". If the caller pressess 0 at this point they go to the main operator at 0.
Can the 0 option calling main operator be changed per mail box? Or is this a global setting? This is not the same as the "caller input".
Thanks

Hi Trae,
Yes, you can achieve that using call handlers. In each user you need to go to Edit>Message Setting, you scroll down to the part that says "After Message Action" there you can see that the call is sent to the "goodbye" call handler, so you will need to create your own call handlers for each user.
Gabriel.

Thanks Gabriel. Your suggestion worked. I was on the right track but you
gave me the location to look.
