How to Identify caller ID and Interior who answered the call

Good evening
I wonder if there is a solution Call Manager Express can save the call log to an TFTP or FTP server, to extract the caller ID and the interior who answered the call, so they can be made available to a CRM owner. Tks

I have this problem too.
