Hi
When i receive a call on the IP PHone 7911 the ANSWER key loks inactive
How can I activet it the be able to answer a call on the IP Phone SPEAKER ?

Hi, the IP Phone 7911 does not support speaker function.

The SPEAK works normaly
The microfone doest work on the 7911
I was able tp use the internal SPEAKER on it , but suduntly it stop

David is correct, since the 791x do not have a microphone, there is no handsfree or speakerphone feature, consequently the only way to answer calls, is picking up the handset.

Its a CISCO 7911G
I had already use this feature on this fone on CCME ver 7 an CCM ver 4
