We have five access swicthes with 2 core switches. We have configured RSPN on switches to capture the voice vlan traffice. Our recording server is connected on one of core switch. All configuration is OK as per cisco. But customer is saying that he is not able to record the voice calls.
Kindly go through the attached WireShark logs. I have attached the logs captured from the server and sample logs that should come to server from network. Kindly advise what can be the issue.
I can see some duplicate skinny packets in my logs.
