is there any way to use skype or nymgo or any other VoIP provider to make long distance calls means we are thinking of implementing skype with our call manager but dont know how to do this ... this is just to reduce long distnace toll charges...
any idea

Any SIP provider should be possible. With Skype that would mean "SIP for Skype Open Beta":

I haven't used Skype for SIP so I apologize that I don't have much advice on how to get this working. However, I did run across a few threads a month or so ago that mentioned it and it peaked my interest and I came across this thread on the Skype forums. I'm not sure if the status has changed but I thought I'd share it with you just so you are aware. As of June 1, 2010 a Skype Staff Member replied to a question regarding support for CUCM and noted that you need to use CUBE at this time as CUCM does not currently support the necessary authentication type. Again, just a reference of something that you may want to be aware of before you dive too deep:

Essentially, you can make this work but you'll need to set it up via CUBE.
