Contact Center Chat - Can all teams chat?

We are running Call Center 7.0.1.

I would like EVERYONE to show up in the chat window, not just team members.

Where is this controlled and setup?  Is it even possible?

As far as I'm aware it's limited to team only - sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
