LMS ANI Server Error - Cannot load SMFunction

When starting Campus Manager we have ANI server Error message:

In ani.log there is alert:


I= 0value *.*.*.*
I= 1value 6
I= 2value 1
2010/07/12 12:53:31 main ani MESSAGE DBConnection: Created new Database connection [hashCode = 3405865]
2010/07/12 12:53:33 main ani ERROR AniLoadConfiguration: AniStaticConfigException: Cannot load SMFunction com.cisco.nm.ani.server.apps.AppsSMFGetDummyCallManagerSystemApp

I am attaching some more log files...

Your Campus Manager installation is damaged.  I recommend you uninstall Campus Manager, then reinstall it.

Post the NMSROOT/campus/etc/cwsi/ANIServer.properties.

Do you think reinitialization of ANI databese could help?

Doubtful.  Post the list of contents under NMSROOT/campus/lib/classpath/com/cisco/nm/ani/server/apps.

Thank you very much Joe!

Reinstallation helped, after that we have done dbrestore with relatively new data and everything works fine.

If you have idea, what could cause Campus Manager to become corrupted?
