Softphone in CUCIMOC not working

Softphone in CUCIMOC not working after the changing the Directory number for CSF device. Desk Phone control works fine, when toggled to select soft phone, it greys out and status shows it is not connected, and at the bottom of the screen it still shows old extension. Wondering if there is any cache that needs to be cleaned

CUCIMOC refresh the configuration when CSF restarts.  Have you killed cucsf.exe from TaskManager?

Yes i did kill the CuCSF.exe process and restarted again, and no luck, so i ended up opening a TAC case and we had to rename the file and also we have deleted CSF phone and re-added with a different device name and it worked.
