when ip sla operation starts, do you know how many ping(s) icmp-echo sends to the destination when using default settings. if more then one, what is considered succesful?
using 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T9

the answer is only one, found out using a
packet analyser software.
