How to get the information of no.of calls waiting/lost from a particular extension in CUCM

Hi Experts,

Would it be possible for me to extract some information from the Call Manager on a particular extension/number. What I am looking for is as follows:

  1. No. of calls on a daily basis(This I will get it from the CDR)
  2. No. of calls waiting
  3. No. of calls lost

Is there any possibility of getting this information from the call manager ?

I need to collect these  information from an extension which is very important for my customer's business .

Hi Nayeem,

As per my knowledge its not possible with CUCM, u can get all these information through Webview application which is used in Cisco IPCC solution.

If you set the calls with zero duration flag parameter you can also get calls that were not answered, but there is no reporting for call waiting.

If this is for agents, I'd recommend you to look into your contact center SW for reporting.
