I have a 2811 CCME system with a CUE card (or whatever they're known as nowadays)
The call reporting page has been working fine for a long while until I extended the amount of logging to incorporate a saturday and sunday so the customer could check on calls that had been made over the weekend.
The system is happily logging data - but is throwing in random times in amongst the list - for example:
08:45 < - a random will appear in the regular list
All of the data gets exported into Excel anyway and a simple format on time field will sort it - but just wondering what would cause random entries later on in the day?
